Merry Christmas my dear Ziba readers!
I hope you are all spending this Christmas Eve with your families and loved ones, staying cheerfully warm and eating delicious foods together.
Although I do not get to spend Christmas with my family this year, I am happy and thankful that I can still stay closely connected to them by way of communication through technology and the ability to zoom things across the globe with postal service.
For me, Christmas has taken on different meanings as I have gotten older. But the themes of love, compassion and generosity still endure.
I would like to leave you now with some Christmas scenes from the City of Lights and this lovely quote I found to remind you what, after all, Christmas is all about.
So here’s to wishing you a bright and beautiful Christmas Eve!
“Give freely to the world these gifts of love and compassion. Do not concern yourself with how much you receive in return, just know in your heart it will be returned.” ~ Steve Maraboli, author of Life, the Truth and Being Free
